Welcome to CubPrintables (cubprintables.com). These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website, our free printable worksheets and our worksheet makers. By using CubPrintables, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What CubPrintables provides
CubPrintables offers free printable worksheets, answer keys and online worksheet-making tools for parents, teachers and homeschoolers. We may add, change or remove worksheets, tools or features at any time without notice.
Your licence — what you MAY do
All worksheets and materials on CubPrintables are free for:
- Personal use — print and use them with your own children at home.
- Classroom use — print as many copies as you need for your own students in your own classroom, including for homework and classroom activities.
- Worksheets you create with our makers — print and use them in the same personal and classroom ways described above.
What you may NOT do
- Sell our worksheets or files, or include them in any product that is sold.
- Redistribute the files — for example by uploading them to another website, file-sharing service, social media group or shared drive for others to download. (Sharing a link to the worksheet’s page on cubprintables.com is welcome and encouraged.)
- Claim our worksheets, designs or content as your own work.
- Remove or cover the CubPrintables name, web address or QR code printed on our sheets.
- Use our content commercially in any other way without our written permission first.
Intellectual property
The worksheets, designs, illustrations, text and logos on CubPrintables belong to CubPrintables or our licensors and are protected by copyright. The licences above do not transfer any ownership to you.
Content you enter into the makers
Our makers run in your browser. The names, words and numbers you enter are processed on your own device and are not sent to us. You are responsible for anything you type into a maker and for how you use the sheets you create.
Accuracy and availability
We check our worksheets and answer keys carefully, but we cannot guarantee that every sheet is free of errors, or that the site will always be available and uninterrupted. The site and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CubPrintables will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or its materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Links to other websites
CubPrintables may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version on this page, with its “Last updated” date, is the current one, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
